Billy Moon Foundation

FF William "Billy " Moon was critically injured on December 12, 2022, during a training exercise while working at FDNY Rescue Company 2 in Brooklyn, NY. Billy remained in a coma for 5 days. When doctors and family realized that Billy would be unable to recover from his injury, Billy's wife, Kristina, carried out Billy's final wish to become an organ donor. Billy in an unselfish act donated his organs. His donation saved 5 people, including 2 FDNY 9/11 first responders.
Billy's love for the FDNY, his family, his friends and members of the military were evident every day of his life. Making a foundation that supports his passion was a simple idea. Hence the Billy Moon Foundation was founded.
On May 21, 2023, come celebrate the life of Billy Moon and support his core beliefs. Included in your ticket will include open bar, buffet, and a performance by one of the greatest Irish Bands, Shilelagh Law.
